Important Billing Update: New Water Operator for HCMUD 82

Important Update for HCMUD 82 Residents:
Starting September 12, 2025, the District is changing operators to M. Marlon Ivy & Associates (MMIA).
This means that all customer service, billing, and inquiries must be directed to MMIA starting September 12th.
How To Pay Your September Water Bill:
Payment for your September water bill must be mailed to MMIA at the following address:
HC MUD 82
P.O. Box 9
Spring, TX 77383
We will soon have electronic payments set-up and will notify you when they are available!
